    Self

    It starts with full ownership. No blaming circumstance, no managing the story for anyone listening — just what’s actually true about where you are right now, said plainly, to yourself, without an audience, and without softening it.
  • Step 02

    Standards

    Non-negotiable, regardless of mood, pressure, or what would be easier that day. Standards are named clearly, so there is no ambiguity about what’s actually being held to.
  • Step 03

    Consistency

    Not intensity, not a burst of motivation — the same rhythm, held over time, whether it’s easy that day or not. Consistency compounds. A missed day matters less than what happens the day after it.
  • Step 04

    State

    The literal condition someone is operating from — not a metaphor. Cash position, physical health, mental state, relational state: known, tracked, and told the truth about, at all times. You cannot close a gap you refuse to look at. Miroir™ tracks it daily, so the truth stays current.
  • Step 05

    Detachment

    Knowing your own value without needing it proven, praised, or performed for an audience. Detachment says what’s true, does the work regardless of recognition, and does not need anyone’s agreement to know it’s already real.
